Preparation and Implementation of Investment Department

The main tasks of the Department is to ensure the continuous development of infrastructure of Kielce Technology Park through planning, preparation and implementation of investments. The team constantly analyzes the market demand for properties built and unbuilt. On this basis, it carries out projects in order to acquire new space and investment areas designated for economic activity. The team provides services to the investors of investment activities, including the transfer of ready-made objects into operation.
